Start as Trial Staff handling tickets, then move up to Moderator once that is going well.

What you'll do

  • Warn, mute, kick, or ban members who break the rules — every action gets a reason attached and shows up in their case history.
  • Claim and resolve support tickets — general questions, bug reports, and member reports all come through here first.
  • Use the Staff Panel to check a member's case history and prior warnings before acting, not just their message history.
  • Escalate anything serious or anything involving another staff member — to Internal Affairs instead of handling it solo.

Help hold the rest of the team accountable — investigate concerns, review conduct, and keep the process fair for everyone.

What you'll do

  • Investigate concerns raised about staff conduct, fairly and confidentially.
  • Document findings and verdicts with a clear evidence trail.
  • Escalate serious issues to OverHead when needed.

What you'll do

  • Ship real features across the dashboard, bot, and API.
  • Fix bugs and keep the codebase healthy.
  • Work directly with the person who built Varko.
